Tortilla cu naut, spanac si porumb

MODUL DE PREPARARE

Rumeniti fasiile de vita in putin ulei incins. Scurgeti conservele de naut, porumb si spanac.

Realizati un dressing din otet balsamic, ulei de masline si sare de mare.

Intr-un bol, amestecati cubuletele de rosii cu nautul, porumbul si spanacul. Turnati dressingul si semintele, apoi amestecati bine.

Adaugati fasiile de vita rumenite, puneti amestecul intr-o barcuta de tortilla si presarati parmezan si ceapa verde pe deasupra.

Naut – un borcan 330 g  sau

Naut Al Vapore – o conserva   310 g

Porumb Gold Al Vapore – o conserva 150 g

Spanac – 1/2 conserva 395 g

Tortilla – 2 foi

Rosii cherry – 2 bucati

Parmezan – 50 g

Ulei de masline

Ooțet balsamic

Sare de mare

Seminte de pin sau /si dovleac, chia, susan – o lingurita

Ceapa verde (arpagic proaspat)

Carne vita, taiata fasii – 100 g
