Taiem fasii castravetele, ceapa rosie, iar rosiile cherry in sferturi.

Pe o farfurie intinsa, asezam frunzele de salata rupte cu mana, iar peste ele asezam fasolea verde taiata, scursa in prealabil.

Peste fasolea verde, presaram legumele taiate, maslinele, branza feta, caperele, oregano, apoi turnam uleiul de masline si sucul de lamaie. La final asezonam cu sare si piper, dupa gust.

INGREDIENTE

Fasole verde d’aucy – 1 conserva 400 g

Branza feta – 100 g

Rosii cherry – 100 g

Ceapa rosie – o jumatate

Masline kalamata – 10-12 bucati

Castravete fabio – o jumatate

Ulei de masine – 30 ml

Lamaie – o bucata

Oregano uscat – o lingurita

Capere – 8-10 bucati

Frunze tinere de salata verde – 3-4 bucati

Sare, piper (dupa gust)
