Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol, amestecam maioneza cu patrunjel proaspat tocat, sare si piper. Ungem lipia cu sosul de maioneza, adaugam salata verde, maslinele kalamata, rosiile cherry taiate bucati, avocado taiat feliute subtiri, somonul fume si mixul de fasole verde si galbena d’aucy. Peste toate ingredientele adaugam putina zeama de lamaie, sare si piper. Rulam lipia strans si inchidem la capete.
Ingrediente:
⦁ Mix de fasole verde si galbena d’aucy – 70 g
⦁ Rosii cherry – 100 g
⦁ Salata verde – 60 g
⦁ Masline kalamata – 80 g
⦁ Avocado – 1 buc.
⦁ Maioneza – 100 g
⦁ Patrunjel – 2 g
⦁ Sare – 1 g
⦁ Piper – 1 g
⦁ Somon fume – 100 g
⦁ Lipie – 1 buc.
⦁ Lamaie – 1 buc.
